Judy is a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist and President of Positive Therapeutic Beginnings since 2005. Judy is a practicing therapist specializing in home assessments, home modifications and family education, and has helped people (including children) of all ages with Activities of Daily Living and with home accessibility and safety. She is also the Co-Founder of Feeding Littles, an on-line training program for parents and therapists since 2011.

Monique Chabot, OTD, OTR/L, CLIPP, CAPS
Philadelphia University

Monique has worked in home health for over 6 years, during which time, she developed a passion for home design for seniors. Dr. Chabot currently works as an assistant professor of Occupational Therapy at Philadelphia University, where she often works on interprofessional design projects with architecture and interior design. She was chosen to be part of the American Occupational Therapy Association Emerging Leaders program, during which time she worked on increasing the knowledge base of Occupational Therapists on home modifications.

Sabrena, MBA-SL, OTR/L, earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and her Master’s in Business Administration-Strategic Leadership from Dominican University of California. Sabrena obtained her CarFit Instructor Certification in April 2013 and has been a leader for CarFit Technician Trainings, CarFit Event Coordinator Trainings and CarFit events.

Dr J. Robert Clark, M.D.

Board Certified Doctor in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, J. Robert Clark, M.D. is a retired neurologist who practiced general neurology in Spokane, Washington for 31 years and currently serves as a senior member of the American Academy of Neurology. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Chemistry and received his Medical Degree from the University of Washington. He had a residency in Internal Medicine at the Brown University Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island followed by a residency in Neurology at the University of Oregon in Portland.
During his years of practice in Spokane, he had a special interest in medical ethics and served as chair of the ethics committee at Holy Family Hospital for over 15 years. At Holy Family, he also served as medical staff president, was on the board of the Providence Services of Eastern Washington and was a member of the Sponsorship and Mission Committee of the board for many years. He was a member of the Washington State Medical Association and the Spokane County Medical Society, serving as an SCMA board member and chair of the credentials committee for several years.
Dr. Clark currently lives in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Barbara. They have three children and nine grandchildren. He enjoys home improvement, gardening and traveling to visit his children and grandchildren scattered around the world in Alaska, Hawaii and western Australia.
