Certified Living In Place Professional™ (CLIPP™)
CLIPP professionals are responsible for the design, architecture, general contracting, and major elements of every project, including medical professionals and home inspectors. (scroll down for a list)

As a CLIPP graduate, you become part of the Living In Place Institute Global Network of professionals, for life. Network benefits, including eManual access, are included for one year with your initial registration fee of US$699 then continue with an annual US$99 Network Benefits Activation fee (fee includes free listing on Find A Professional page, free registration for a full CLIPP class anytime during the year plus an updated e-manual annually, private Forums, and more).

(Refresher classes are available to only CLIPP graduates. If you are in the Active Network period (US$99 annual fee) you are able to join any CLIPP class, live or pre-recorded, at any time.)

3 Steps
to becoming a
Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP)

Class #1 - choose your first class, then watch eight pre-recorded modules, then attend Class #10 (register below for Class #10)

Friday, May 21 - 1 PM - 3 PM Eastern Time

Monday, June 7 - 1 PM to 3 PM Eastern Time

Thursday, June 24 - 11 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time

More classes will be scheduled throughout the year.

You watch them when you want.


Class #10 - you must complete Classes #1-9 prior to attending Class #10

Friday, April 30th - 11 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time

Thursday, May 6th - 10 AM to 12 PM Eastern Time

Monday, May 17 - 3 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time

Friday, June 4 - 11 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time

Wednesday, June 23, 1-3 PM Eastern Time

Friday, July 9 - 11-1 PM Eastern Time

CLIPP education has been pre-approved for 16 hours of Continuing Education for members of the following associations:
