Water Efficiency Specialist, TOTO
Gunnar Baldwin was educated at St. Paul’s School, Yale and Brown Universities and taught college preparatory mathematics and coached crew for 16 years before leaving teaching to pioneer his interest in water conservation and wastewater reduction in 1976. He pioneered the first code approved low consumption toilet and lobbied for incentives for water conservation for 15 years. He started with TOTO in 1990 when they first opened a subsidiary in the USA after working for their importer for several years. He served on the ANSI Vitreous China standard committee until TOTO USA was formed and has served in numerous roles at TOTO during its twenty-six year history of growth and industry technology leadership. He is now a consultant to TOTO as their Water Efficiency Specialist. Gunnar has represented the company on several green building committees including the first USGBC water efficiency technical advisory group. He was a charter director of the Alliance for Water Efficiency. Gunnar’s experience spans the period from before the beginnings of interest in water efficiency to the present.

She is the first Designer in Colorado to earn the Certified Aging in Place Specialist, CAPS designation in 1992.

As a consultant, Mo most often works as a partner with business owners and presidents and focuses on developing and executing strategic plans, crafting business and marketing plans and new product launches. Mo also is the founder and facilitator of peer advisory boards. The m.b.a. (momentum board of advisors™) is an informal board of directors for small business owners. Members meet regularly for strategic planning, creative problem solving and tapping the wisdom of the group in order to grow their business. Tim Hoyman, The Denver 100’s Real Estate agent top producer, with 20 years professional experience closing 500+ homes licensed Colorado real estate broker is often referred to as The Mozart of Real Estate. The nick-name evolved over the years from his passion for music. Tim appears prominently with his woodwind instrument, the bassoon, in the orchestral, Littleton Symphony. His love of orchestrating the buying/selling of real estate has resulted recently with the nominated 5280 Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2015.

Rosemarie Rossetti, Ph.D. is a powerful, internationally known speaker, author, consultant and president of Rossetti Enterprises Inc. She acquired a spinal cord injury on June 13, 1998. As a person who uses a wheelchair, she knows firsthand the benefits of accessible and universal design.

Joe DeLaurentis founded Tiger Group, Inc in 1992. Bringing his years of construction and industrial experience along with his many years as a successful business owner, Joe had a vision of growing a highly skilled team of inspectors to meet the diverse needs of the industry. Joe’s past experience includes residential remodeling and new construction as well as equipment and facilities engineering. While completing innumerable home and commercial building inspections and surveys since 1991, Joe also received Connecticut's DEP "S" or Supervisory Certification for wood boring insects and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Maria has over 25 years of experience collaborating with contractors and builders on new, innovative kitchen and bath designs. She has won awards for design. Maria is currently the Manager of Tewksbury Kitchens and Baths – a division of Huston Lumber & Supply, where she designs and sells cabinetry, countertops, hardware, etc.

Mary is the author of several books and booklets on design. Her current book, Kitchen And Bath Design Basics, published by John Wiley & Sons, contains a full chapter on Ergonomic Design Principles. This Fall her series on Residential Space Planning and Ergonomics for Design Professionals will be available in E-Book form.
With Miele for over 10 years, Lisa is the first point of contact for Designers, Architects, and Builders interested in partnering with Miele for sales and special events. Managing the nationwide TradePRO Program (personal use for design professionals) her extensive customer service experience is key. Miele is the premium appliance brand manufactured in Germany and is the largest family-owned appliance company in the world.

Christine is a project manager of accessibility renovations for Creative Housing/Creative Renovations and serves as the company’s safety officer. She is also responsible for renovation drawings and permitting. In addition, she is involved with community outreach programs and speaking on accessibility home renovation options.
Christine completed her undergraduate at Mt. Vernon Nazarene College and graduate degree from Purdue University in Construction Management. Her company is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Active as a member of the NAHB, the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) and serves on the Professional Women in Building Council. She is a CGB, CGR, CAPS, Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified EPA Lead-Safe, and CLIPP.

She has participated in panels at multiple industry events, including Coverings, KBIS and ICFF, and during her time in her current position, the magazine has won two prestigious Azbee awards for design and editorial. Besides her career, another of Chelsie’s passions is volunteering at a local animal rescue shelter, which she has been involved with for seven years.
