Maria has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education K-12 from Trenton State College and has a Teacher's Certificate Holder in New Jersey. She has over 25 years of experience collaborating with contractors and builders on new, and innovative kitchen and bath designs. She has won numerous design awards. Maria is internationally recognized as one of only about 300 worldwide CMKBD recipients (Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer) from the NKBA in. Monique has worked in home health for over 6 years, during which time, she developed a passion for home design for seniors. Monique currently works as an assistant professor of Occupational Therapy at Philadelphia University, where she often works on interprofessional design projects with architecture and interior design. She was chosen to be part of the American Occupational Therapy Association Emerging Leaders program, during which time she worked on increasing the knowledge base of Occupational Therapists on home modifications.

After Anthony completing his studies to be an electrical engineer at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, he started his career in construction in 2005 and continued to further his passion by opening Southern Maryland Kitchen, Bath, Floors & Design in California, MD in 2009 with his wife, Shannon. Since then, his design-build firm specializing in kitchens and bathrooms has won numerous awards and has become the foremost authority in residential remodeling in St. Mary‘s, Calvert, and Charles County, MD. His company culture of never-ending growth to enhance their clients' experience constantly challenges the status quo in Southern MD.

Lisa Wood  BAS, CLIPP

Lisa received a B.A.S. in Interior Design at the University of North Texas in 1991. She worked with a small corporate aircraft interior design firm in Dallas, TX, and then moved into designing kitchens that featured SieMatic cabinetry known, for its timeless elegance, and was recognized with their "Certified Kitchen Designer Award." Lisa is known for being a creative problem solver and uses all her experience to make each interior function perfectly for the families that live in them. No challenge is too great, and it all comes down to the details. She believes every project has a beautiful solution.

Nancy Young  CKBD, CLIPP

Nancy has been working in the kitchen and bath industry since 2002, designing custom kitchens and bathrooms for two different design showrooms as a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. In 2012, she opened her own design studio, Nancy Young Designs in Montgomery, Alabama. Nancy has served on the Alabama Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers(ASID) as Treasurer, President-elect and President. She has also served as President and Chapter Representative for National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Alabama and now serves on the Chapter Leadership Committee for NKBA. Over the years she has won state awards for ASID Universal Design and Alabama Remodeling Excellence Award for Universal Design.

Geniene Haack  CLIPP

Geniene has had many opportunities to use her unique organization skills to better serve her community throughout the years. She has served as an office manager for a non-profit, worked in educational settings, and volunteers her time and energy to other projects like the local food shelf. Since 2014, she has worked with Peter Haack at Homestyle Builder to aid and support their customers. Geniene provides a compassionate listening ear (a shoulder when needed) and offers their customers assistance/guidance while choosing fixtures and finishes. Geniene completed her CLIPP in 2019 and is happy to use her training to better help Homestyle Builder‘s customers.

She has a bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Living In Place Professional (CLIPP™) and is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). Pam works as an independent contractor and consultant promoting kitchen and bath products and interior finishes to the housing market on a national level. Pamela is the VP of Business Development for Isetts Consulting and works with a Midwest marketing group promoting cultured marble bath products. She has held the position of National Sales & Marketing Manager for a major cabinet company and has worked in sales, design and consulting serving the housing industry throughout her career. Pam‘s experience in the industry has opened many doors to working with architects, general contractors and healthcare professionals to provide the platform necessary of accessible and safe housing for all individuals, regardless of their age.

Peter Haack  CLIPP

Peter Haack is the owner of Homestyle Builder and has been actively involved in the industry for almost 45 years. In those years, he‘s had the opportunity to work on many different home improvement projects. It wasn‘t until a family friend with a terminal illness asked him to build a safe, comfortable, and accessible house for him and his family that Peter found his calling. Combining his passion for helping others and his knowledge in design and remodeling, Peter began Homestyle Builder to remodel homes for accessibility, safety, and comfort. Since 2014, Peter and the company have renovated over 20 homes for veterans through the Veteran‘s Administration grants, using the knowledge he has learned from the Living in Place Institute.
