Anthony is an occupational therapist and assistant professor at Huntington University from Northeast Indiana. He has a collective six years experience within the healthcare industry with experience spanning from practicing in physical rehabilitation, ergonomics, skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, and home healthcare.
He obtained his bachelor‘s degree in social & behavioral sciences with a concentration in psychology from Seton Hall University and his doctorate in occupational therapy from Huntington University. He is a published author in the Journal of Hand Therapy and has research interests which include quality of life, occupational performance, and injury prevention.
Andrew is the Northeast District Director for the Indiana Occupational Therapy Association and believes in promotion, advocacy, and developing a better future for fellow occupational therapy practitioners and the patients treated through evidence-based interventions. He is also building a start-up company called The OT Consultant LLC, which will specialize in two main areas: home safety assessments and ergonomics. Andrew is proud to be part of the Living in Place Institute team and make a difference throughout all homes where persons have access, comfort, and feel safe as they engage in their activities of daily living.
