During Mary‘s lengthy career, she has designed more than 5,000 kitchens and received 8 professional awards. Employed by public utility companies for 12 years, she pioneered home modernization and energy conservation programs for residential customers, and since 1974 has designed kitchens and interiors independently for numerous private, commercial and professional clients across the country.
Specializing in ergonomic design applications for interior spaces, especially kitchens and baths, Mary regularly conducts ergonomic design, kitchen and bath planning seminars through the western United States and lectures on topics related to home improvement. The author of 6 books,magazine articles and various publications about home planning, she appears frequently on radio and television and has hada textbook titled, Kitchen and Bath Basics, published by John Wiley & Sons.
